✦Terms
Terms of use.
Effective 18 October 2026.
The service
Fitly stores nutrition records that you, or an assistant you authorise, save to your account, and makes them available to the assistants you connect. It is provided by Fitly during a free beta, as-is, and may change, pause or end. We will give notice on the website before any change that affects your data or what Fitly costs.
Not medical advice
Fitly is a record-keeping tool. Nutrition targets are entered by you and are not recommendations. Nothing in Fitly, and nothing an assistant produces while using it, is medical, dietary or clinical advice. Nutrition values are entered by you or by an assistant on your behalf, may include estimates, and should be checked. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your health.
Your account
Keep your password private. You enter it only on Fitly’s own sign-in, password-change and account-deletion forms; Fitly support will never ask you for a password, a reset link or a sign-in code. You are responsible for the assistants and clients you authorise, the permission you grant them, and what they save on your behalf. You can revoke any connection, end any session, or delete your account at any time from your account pages.
Acceptable use
Use Fitly for your own nutrition records, directly or through assistants and clients you authorise. Do not attempt to access other accounts, probe or disrupt the service, abuse sign-in or recovery (for example credential stuffing or bulk automated attempts), or use Fitly in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Assistants and their providers
ChatGPT, Claude and Grok are provided by their own companies under their own terms. Fitly cannot control what an assistant says or how it interprets your words; it stores what the assistant saves and asks it to check with you when something is unclear. Review what was saved, and correct it when it is wrong.
Pricing
Fitly is free during the beta. If paid plans are introduced they will be announced on the website, with notice before any charge, and your existing data will remain accessible to you.
Your data
Your records are yours. How Fitly stores and protects them, which providers are involved, and what deletion does are described on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Fitly is provided as-is during the beta, without a guarantee of availability or of the accuracy of values saved by an assistant. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of records kept in Fitly.
